Application Submission
Once you’ve explored Ekya Nava and are ready to apply, submit your application through our online portal. You can also proceed to fill up the application form via the invitation email to start your application which will be shared once you have filled up the enquiry form. We encourage you to provide all required documents and information accurately to facilitate a prompt review process.

Assessment and Interaction
As part of our admission approach, we assess each applicant’s readiness to thrive in our academic and co-curricular programs. This may involve academic assessments, personal interactions, and discussions to understand your child’s interests, aspirations, and potential fit within Ekya Nava’s educational framework. Eligible students will be invited to attend the Ekya Nava – Student entrance test, followed by a formal parent interview. In this step, the eligibility criteria are assessed and relevant feedback is given to the parents.
Admission Decision
Following the assessment phase, we carefully review each application to determine the best fit for both the student and Ekya Nava. Our goal is to create a diverse and inclusive community of learners who are motivated to explore, innovate, and achieve academic excellence.
Enrollment and Orientation
Upon acceptance, our team will send an email to the parents/guardian regarding acceptance of the child/ward into Ekya Nava. Parents will need to confirm acceptance and pay the required fee within the stipulated time. Our team will guide you through the final steps to complete the admission process, including enrollment formalities and information regarding orientation sessions to acquaint you and your child with our school community, policies, and resources.

Yes. The Ekya Nava SET (Student Evaluation Test) is mandatory for students from Grade 1 to Grade VII.

CMR, founded in 1990 by Mr. KC Ramamurthy and Dr. Sabitha Ramamurthy, is the precursor to Ekya Schools, which Dr. Tristha Ramamurthy established in 2010 with Ekya Nava being the purpose-based school under the Ekya umbrella
Yes, we provide air-conditioned bus services across the city. Once transport requests are made, detailed routes and stops will be disclosed. Note that transportation fees are additional. View the tentative areas covered.
Regular Timings ( 3 days of the week) – 8:10 am to 3:15 pm Extended Day Timings ( 2 days of the week) – 8:10 am to 4:15 pm
While we don’t offer boarding, we do provide a day boarding facility. Our cafeteria serves morning snacks, lunch, and evening snacks, especially on extended days. Plus, students can relish fresh items from our in-house bakery.
