The Work Exposure Program at Ekya Nava seamlessly integrates classroom theory with practical application. This initiative is pivotal in helping senior students (Grades IX to XII) gain real-world experience through internships, fostering independence, self-discovery, and a commitment to excellence. It provides a structured pathway for students to apply their academic knowledge in real-world settings, preparing them for future challenges.
Through a 6-8 week summer internship program, students work with reputable organizations across various industries, gaining valuable exposure to workplace dynamics and real-time industry challenges. The program provides students with the tools to succeed academically and professionally, helping them build critical skills like time management, problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability.
