Admission Process
Our admissions process is designed to ensure a smooth transition for students and families who are eager to join our vibrant learning community. We encourage you to refer to the age matrix to determine the age criteria, prior to submitting your applications.
1. Start the Conversation
Discover our four core pathways—Design, Making, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Information Technology and Society—that empower students to excel in a rapidly evolving world. Your journey with Ekya Nava begins the moment you reach out. Whether through our online enquiry form, a phone call, or an email, this first step helps us get to know your family and share detailed information about our programmes, campuses, and learning framework.
We see this as the beginning of a meaningful conversation that is centred on your child’s future.
2. Immerse into the Ekya Experience.
We invite every prospective family to visit our campuses and walk through our thoughtfully designed learning spaces, meet our school leaders, and experience the Ekya culture in action. Campus tours offer an authentic glimpse into how we think, teach, and grow together as a community.
3. Complete Your Application
When you’re ready to take the next step, our admissions portal provides a simple and secure way to complete your child’s application.
You’ll be asked to share basic details and supporting documents, helping us begin to understand your child as a learner. Our team is here to support you through every step, with clarity and care.
4. Understanding the Learner
As part of our commitment to creating a responsive classroom experience, we invite every applicant to participate in a grade readiness session.
Â
The readiness session helps us better understand your child’s learning style, interests, and pace ensuring they feel seen, supported, and empowered from the very beginning.
5. Acceptance and Admittance
Post the Readiness sessions you will receive an email confirmation on the admission decision with the details about the next steps.Â
The journey to getting into Ekya begins and we look forward to welcoming your child into Ekya family with lots of love.
