The way a child begins their morning is the way they walk into the rest of their day.

This summer, give them 21 mornings that matter.
From the 8th of June to the 1st of July, Ekya Nava opens its grounds for The Rising Star  a 21-day morning football journey for children aged 5 to 13.
No screens. No scrolling. No slow Sunday energy bleeding into a Monday. Just open sky, cool morning air, and the steady rhythm of feet on grass.
Three weeks of warm-ups, drills, play, hydration, and recovery built with the discipline of a real academy, paced for the joy of a child. The textures of an athlete’s day, brought to a morning your child will look forward to.

Where mornings begin again

These mornings are what shape the bigger ones.
What looks like football is, quietly, something larger.
It’s the experience of showing up for twenty-one mornings, through the early alarms and the slow Sundays. Of meeting the same coaches at the same hour. Of remembering yesterday’s drill and trying it again, a little sharper this time. Of finishing tired, fed, hydrated, and proud.
These aren’t just the textures of an athlete’s day. They’re the textures of a confident childhood built one morning at a time, on a field that knows your child by name.

The Ekya Nava experience
What is included in your child's morning

This is where most programmes write a list. We will, too  but each line is a promise, not a feature.

Two coaches. Twenty kids. Every single morning.

Your child won’t be lost in a crowd of forty kids. There are always two coaches on the field a head coach and an assistant so every child is actually watched, corrected, and cheered for. The head coach? UEFA and AFC-licensed, ten years deep in football, and has coached India at the Barça World Cup in Spain and Japan. Elite-academy coaching, on our field, beside your child, for 21 mornings.

A jersey they'll keep way longer than the summer.

Every child walks in and gets handed an Ekya Nava football jersey. It’s theirs. To wear, to wash, to throw on for backyard kickabouts long after July. The kind of thing that ends up in a drawer somewhere, pulled out years later with a small smile. Because belonging to a team always starts with the shirt that says you were there.

Hydration done the way real athletes do it.

Kids aren’t tiny adults but their bodies follow the same rules. Run hard, lose salts, refuel properly. So every morning, there’s clean water on tap and electrolyte replenishment after each session. Not a juice box. Not a bottle thrust into a hand on the way out. The same way a real academy treats hydration like it’s part of training, not an afterthought.

A wholesome breakfast after a morning of movement and joy.

After every session, your child sits down to a light, real-food energy meal the kind that actually refuels a growing body. Nothing fried. Nothing processed. Nothing pretending to be healthy with three spoons of sugar in it. Just real food that lets them walk into the rest of their day fed, settled, and quietly proud of how they started it.

A doctor on the field. Every morning.

A trained medical professional is on campus for every single session not on call, not nearby. There. First aid is immediate. Emergency protocols are in place. Parent consent and medical history are collected before Day 1, so if anything ever needs handling, nothing is figured out in the moment. The morning belongs to your child. The watching-over belongs to us.

A 21st morning you'll be glad you didn't miss.

The final morning isn’t a closing ceremony. It’s a homecoming. Real teams, a real crowd, parents on the campus, children at the centre. For most of these kids, Match Day will be the first time they play football in front of their family. We don’t take that lightly and we promise, neither will you.

Our head coach holds a UEFA C License and an AFC B License, with ten years of experience in football coaching. He has represented India as a coach at the Barça World Cup in Spain and Japan. He is supported by a trained assistant coach in every session. Both have direct experience working with young athletes.
The programme runs Monday through Saturday across the three weeks. Sundays are off a deliberate rest day, the way professional academies structure recovery into a training week.
The Explorers programme is built precisely for that. The focus is on movement, coordination, and the joy of the ball not on prior skill.
Athletic clothing, a refillable water bottle, sunscreen, and a cap. The jersey is provided on Day 1. Football boots are recommended but not required; sports shoes work well.
Yes. The grounds are gated and supervised. Drop-off and pick-up happen at the same point. On-site medical staff are present every morning.
Yes. Explorers train 7:30 to 8:30, Challengers 8:30 to 9:30 siblings can be dropped off and picked up in one trip.
On the final morning, families come onto the campus, children play a full game in teams, and the morning closes with light refreshments. The event runs roughly two hours.
